Athletic Leadership Experience:
Macy Wyatt is an alumni of The University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign where she competed 4 years as an NCAA division I full scholarship gymnast. She managed 40+ hours a week of practice, competition and rehabilitation, while excelling academically in the Applied Health Sciences program. There she started a “Get Up and Move” movement in 2010 for a duration of 3 years, which involved elementary school visits to teach the importance of fitness and health.
She was a 3 time National qualifier as a level 10 gymnast. Placing top 7 AA amongst the best gymnasts in the nation in 2008, and top 3 in the nation on several individual events. She competed at the elite level of gymnastics receiving advanced coaching by US National Team coaches.
As former world class athlete, She has the first-hand knowledge and expertise to help transform your body. Macy is an advanced NASM certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and nutritional advisor. She has experience in group fitness and has been successful in providing divine programs to world class athletes and business professionals that focus on conditioning and strength training, balance, flexibility, corrective exercise, and nutrition.
In 2007, Macy trained for and competed in the nationally-televised extreme fitness program: American Ninja Warrior. She learned through this experience how to implement core stability techniques into client training which helped reduce the risk of injury. Obstacle training has become wildly popular and is a fun way to get adults and kids into health and fitness.
Individual and group HIIT Training, obstacle specific training, advanced weight training, cycling, boot camp, and nutrition expertise.
Taught over 100 classes averaging 25 clients per class; Sport specific training over 200 young adults; Alexia Adams (Women’s Professional Basketball), Amy Malik (Army and National Guard Member), Mariah Polk (Under Armor Next Athlete).
