Phillip started personal training in 2008 at the University of West Georgia where he earned a Bachelors in Biology. He was the head student trainer and leader of the Biggest Loser program.
He then went to GA Southern where he pursued a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and later became the fitness graduate assistant for the campus recreational department. While there, he leads a large group of student trainers, kinesiology students and fitness specialists in training workshops and programs.
He most recently comes from LifeFit Wellness Center of Beaufort Memorial Hospital in South Carolina and DeKalb Medical here in the Metro-Atlanta area as a Wellness Coach, primarily focusing on personal training, group exercise, and small group training.
