Body Fat Analysis:
Each diet plan provided by your fitness coach is unique to the individual client. Once your body fat analysis is complete, your nutritional requests and needs will be met.
OBJECTIVE 2: DETERMINING FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENTS AND LEVEL OF ENDURANCE
After determining your overall body composition, clients move to actual physical movements that determine the following:
- Range of Motion
OBJECTIVE 3: DETERMINING A FITNESS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR YOU!
- Choosing a program based on one of the following: weight loss, lean muscle gain, endurance/stamina improvements, toning, or body fat loss
- Session count (duration of program)
- In home training, time of day, and times/week
- Nutrition plan
OBJECTIVE 4:3-6 WEEK REASSESSMENT
Each client is given the same body fat analysis they were given at the initiation of his or her training. This is to ensure progress, track progress, and to set new goals or reassess original goals. A program cannot possibly be affective without tracking progress.
- Ultrasound Body Fat Test
- Vo2 max test
