Kristin Eby moved to Atlanta five years ago from Oklahoma, where she competed for four years in varsity softball and track with three state championship appearances. She was offered numerous collegiate athletic scholarships for both sports but declined those to help run multiple family businesses. Kristin is a NSCA certified personal trainer with years of experience helping people of all ages (youth to adult) reach their health and fitness goals. Her specializations include, but are not limited to: functional strength training, body sculpting, corrective exercise, sports performance training, weight loss/weight management, and general fitness. In addition, she has extensive knowledge in nutrition and offers meal planning and meal prep services. Kristin offers private and semi-private personal training, teaches CrossFit (certified instructor), Sports Performance, Kickboxing, Kids Fitness, and Bridal Bootcamp classes. She recently competed in her first NPC Bikini competition and is continuing to train for future shows.
