As a renowned personal trainer of the Greater Atlanta area for over fifteen years, Lloyd has guided high school, collegiate and professional athletes, sports trainers, new moms, and high-power executives through the maze of personalized training and proper nutrition. His elite experience has positioned him as the “trainers’ trainer” educating new aspiring personal trainers over the years. His micro-focused approach has resulted in happy, fit and healthy clients from all backgrounds.

Lloyd is a former member of the University of Cincinnati Bearcats and NFL Seattle Seahawks, having worked with some of the most disciplined athletes and trainers collegiately and professionally. From this experience, he researched and formed the most advanced methods of personal training and athletic conditioning to build muscle, develop power and athletic ability, prevent and overcome injury, lose weight, enhance aesthetics, and improve each client’s overall health and performance.

Thrive Fitness Studio provides a complete fitness regimen comprised of free-weight, bodyweight, and machine-driven exercises, plus diet and healthy meal prep that’s tailored specifically for each client.
