Offering a similar level of custom-tailored diet, nutrition and training for each client, members in our Duo or Small Groups enjoy the added benefits of group motivation and encouragement. Considering each client’s personality and what drives them, Thrive’s method of paired training produces incredible results. Duo & Small Groups are thoughtfully formed by our trainers based on the client’s complimentary goals, preferred style of motivation and scheduling needs.
For One-on-One, Duo & Small Group Training, Thrive trainers will rely on science and throughtful diagnostics to work and motivate our clients.
The Thrive Fitness One-on-One, Duo & Small Group Fitness personal training programs incorporate the following:
- Combination of precor circuit equipment, medicine balls, tubing for resistance training, spinning bikes and free weights;
- Diagnostic study so the client understands the internal and external benefits their customized Thrive Fitness training program will have on their body
- Customized nutritional program to coordinate with training
Thrive Fitness provides a private environment for clients. Our main concern is to make sure the programs designed will meet the client’s unique goals, but also will be safe for the client on an ongoing basis.
