I joined Thrive Fitness over a year ago. I’ve had personal training with Lloyd and group training with Kristin who are both amazing! I’ve kept up with the group training because I enjoy working with others. Kristin is wonderful at keeping the workouts challenging, fun and results-driven. She truly cares about her clients, and will listen to your needs. I’d highly recommend her and Thrive any day!

I have been going to Thrive for over a year and it has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Delaney is my trainer and he has pushed me more than I ever thought possible! All the trainers are awesome and supportive and I would recommend anyone to go here if they are ready for a change and to achieve their fitness goals!!

It’s a great workout but the best part are the staff and members. It’s a safe space to pursue whatever fitness goal you have. I love it. Best decision I have ever made. The coaches care about each member and know us on a first name basis. The staff go the extra mile for a special and unique experience.

Love this gym, everyone is like a big family. Kristin is the best trainer! Taught me so many techniques involving the workout to get the most out of it and pinpoint certain muscles that no one had ever showed me before! Absolutely a great workout!

I’ve really enjoyed training here. It has a motivating atmosphere, and I love how they open the doors in the back when the weather is nice for fresh air. The owner, Lloyd, and his team of trainers are all very supportive, friendly and great professionals. I’ve trained both with Lloyd and Kristin, and they are both excellent. They are committed to getting you towards your goals at the pace that works for your lifestyle. I highly recommend this spot!

This is an excellent Boutique fitness studio. Lloyd and his team are all very friendly making it easy for me to start my day here twice a week. It’s conveniently located for those who live or work near Buckhead, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, or Peachtree Corners.

Great spot. All trainers are professional and produce results. Can’t say enough about the guys. They initially conduct a free body fat assessment and dig deep to understand your health, body goals and schedule. Appreciated their commitment to keeping you focus and accountable.
